How do I care for my crystal, and why does it look different from the photo?
Each crystal is a unique creation from nature. Variations in color, texture, and inclusions are natural marks of its authenticity. For physical cleaning, please use a soft, dry cloth. We encourage you to sit with it often and infuse it with your personal intention, which is the best form of energetic 'cleansing'.
How can I make my scented candle last longer and burn better?
For the best experience, ensure the entire surface melts during the first burn to prevent 'tunneling'. Before each subsequent use, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch (6mm). We recommend not burning for more than 4 hours at a time for safety and scent quality.
How do I use the Dual-Phase Essence Oil?
Gently shake the bottle before use to fully mix the two layers. You can add a few drops to a diffuser or apply to a lava stone for portable aroma. Our products are primarily designed for aromatic and environmental use. For skin application, please perform a patch test first.
What are your candles made of? Are they safe for pets or children?
Our candles are hand-poured using a natural soy wax blend for a clean, long-lasting burn. We use lead-free cotton wicks and a selection of high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils. When burned in a well-ventilated area according to our safety guidelines, they are safe. However, we always recommend keeping lit candles out of reach of children and pets.
